Digital High School

Truckee High is a "Digital High School" and students and staff benefit from the latest in computer technology on site. The technology lab is outfitted with 37 Dell Pentium computers, CD-RW drives, laser printers, scanners, digital cameras, SmartBoardŽ Technology, TV/video display, and Net Support Software for teaching and student presentations. The school also has a lab in the library with 24 computers and two computer classrooms with over 40 more. Each classroom also has a networked computer and some have mini-labs. All these computers are connected through a school network run by a Windows 2000 Server that is connected to the Internet via a DS-3 line.

Note: The lab is closed during all non-school days and periodically for trainings.
